What we can Learn From Martin Luther King Jr. !

"Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend"

I love MLK day. Not just because of no school. ( Which, believe me, based on the math worksheet, English reading assignment, social studies textbook homework, and science lab I really feel the presence of relaxation) This day symbolizes freedom for all people. Even the African Americans. Even the whites. Even the Asian. Even the everybody. We all deserve rights.

The same country's constitution even conflicted with the beliefs of most white Americans back in Martin Luther King Jr.'s day. Have you ever heard of the phrase, 'All men are created equal"? It seriously says in the sentence ALL men are created equal.

Oh yeah, all men are CREATED equal. So, this means God created everybody the same. He didn't just say, " Okay, John, Howard, I'll make you white and you have the responsibility to rule nations and lead your people. You shall have rights over everything you set foot on. Everybody must love, serve, and respect you until their death. Inferiors must serve you as a slave, making sure everything is perfect for you, as it should be. You will be the only one to rule. Oh, I didn't notice you random brown skinned earthling, um... you will die. NOW EVERYTHING'S GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". He created and sent Jesus to die for EVERYBODY, not just white people.

It's just fun to hit caps lock in a sentence.

Martin Luther King Jr. changed the thoughts and minds of America. While some African Americans chose to fight the white Americans, King chose peace and love as his "weapons" to fight. This startled and surprised the ordinary whites.

Since he didn't do anything wrong and just peacefully protested, how come he is being punished?

Martin Luther King Jr. helped benefit how the citizens live and thrive today and helped gain respect for different races. Thank you, MLK.
